Lindex Group plc is an international multichannel retail group with two divisions: the fashion chain Lindex and Stockmann department stores, and webstores. The Group had 42 328 shareholders and 5 801 employees at the end of December 2023.
The Group’s Board of Directors decided on 25 September 2023 to initiate a strategic assessment to crystallise shareholder value by refocusing the Group’s business on Lindex. As part of the strategic assessment, the Group will investigate strategic alternatives for the Stockmann department stores business.
