Helsinki District Court has passed a court decision in a dispute between LähiTapiola Keskustakiinteistöt Ky and Stockmann AS
A court decision has today been received by the Helsinki District Court in a dispute between LähiTapiola Keskustakiinteistöt Ky and Stockmann AS concerning the amount of compensation for the termination of the lease of business premises located in Stockmann’s department store in Tapiola in accordance with the restructuring process.
Helsinki District Court has in its court decision confirmed that the compensation to be paid to LähiTapiola Keskustakiinteistöt Ky is compliant with the restructuring programme and that the amount is EUR 3 452 017. The compensation has already been paid to LähiTapiola Keskustakiinteistöt Ky. The paid compensation was Lindex Group’s plc’s restructuring debt.
The court decision is not legally binding.
In Lindex Group plc’s restructuring process, there is only one dispute remaining with LähiTapiola Keskustakiinteistöt Ky.
