“We are starting this first in Finland, but our aim is to expand to Estonia and Latvia next year taking into account the specific needs of the Baltic market,” tells Henrik Laine, Director of B2B & Tourism at Stockmann.
Stockmann has identified a significant business opportunity in B2B market using an online sales channel.
“In fact, the opportunity has already become a reality as Stockmann won a big tender of employee gifting service and concluded a multi-year contract with the customer,” Henrik continues.
