Stockmann has been notified that the holdings of Föreningen Konstsamfundet r.f. (business identity code 0200196-4) have increased above 10 per cent of Stockmann plc’s shares and the voting rights of the shares have increased above 20 per cent in connection with a purchase of shares on 20 December 2018.
