Stockmann’s financial releases in 2013

Stockmann will publish its financial statements bulletin for 2012 on 13 February 2013. The company’s financial statements, the report by the Board of Directors and an electronic version of the Annual Report 2012 will be published in the week starting on 25 February 2013. The printed Annual Report will be available in the week starting on 11 March 2013.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 21 March 2013.

The interim reports will be released in 2013 as follows:
– January – March: 26 April 2013
– January – June: 9 August 2013
– January – September: 30 October 2013

The financial statements bulletin and interim reports will be published at approximately 8:00 am EET on the days mentioned above. The releases are available in English, Finnish and Swedish. Stockmann observes a 14-day silent period before the publication of the interim reports and the financial statements bulletin.
