Stockmann’s Financial Statements 2022 is published

Stockmann has published its Financial Review 2022, which includes the report by the Board of Directors, the consolidated financial statements, parent company financial statements and the Auditor’s report, its Corporate Governance Report and Remuneration Report. The entire annual reporting, including additionally the Annual Review and the CSR Report, will be published in the week starting on 27 February 2023 on the address https://year2022.stockmanngroup.com.

The Financial Review in xHTML format according to the ESEF regulation (European Single Electronic Format) is disclosed as an attachment to this stock exchange release. The audit firm Ernst & Young has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report in accordance with ISAE 3000 on Stockmann’s ESEF Financial Review. In addition, the Financial Review is voluntarily disclosed in pdf format together with the Corporate Governance Report and the Remuneration Report as attachments to this announcement. The Financial Review in pdf format does not fulfil the disclosure requirements set in the Securities Markets Act, chapter 7, section 5.
