Stockmann’s Financial Statements 2021 is published

Stockmann has published its Financial Review 2021, which includes the report by the Board of Directors, the consolidated financial statements, parent company financial statement and the Auditor’s report, its Corporate Governance Report and Remuneration Report. The entire annual reporting, including additionally the Annual Review and the CSR Report, will be published in the week starting on 28 February 2022 on the address year2021.stockmanngroup.com.

The Financial Review, the Corporate Governance Report and the Remuneration Report are attached to this announcement as pdf files. The Financial Review in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) is also attached to this release. In accordance with the ESP requirements, the primary statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report in accordance with ISAE 3000 on Stockmann’s ESEF Financial Review.
