PUBLISHING OF THE OFFERING CIRCULAR RELATED TO THE SHARES TO BE SUBSCRIBED
FOR WITH STOCKMANN’S LOYAL CUSTOMER SHARE OPTIONS 2006

The offering circular related to the shares to be subscribed for from May
2 to May 31, 2008, with Stockmann’s Loyal Customer share options 2006,
will be published today, on Tuesday, April 29, 2008. The Finnish language
offering circular will be available on the internet (www.stockmann.com)
from April 29, 2008, as well as at the places of subscription and the OMX
Nordic Exchange Helsinki’s Service Center (Fabianinkatu 14, Helsinki) on
Friday, May 2, 2008, at the latest.
