PUBLISHING OF STOCKMANN’S INTERIM REPORT FOR JANUARY-MARCH 2010

Stockmann plc publishes the Interim Report for January-March 2010 on Wednesday,
28 April 2010 at 8.00 a.m. Finnish time.

A press and analyst conference in Finnish will be held at 9.00 a.m. at the
Rake-Sali, Erottajankatu 4C, Helsinki. At the conference CEO Hannu Penttilä will
present the Interim Report and the directors of the divisions the outlook for
the divisions.

Furthermore, CEO Hannu Penttilä will host a conference call in English on 28
April 2010 at 11 a.m. Finnish time presenting the Interim Report and the outlook
