We promote diversity, equality and inclusion in our own work community.  We strengthen ethical working practices in our supply chain.  

Stockmann has been a member of the amfori BSI (formerly known as Business Social Compliance Initiative, BSDI) since 2005. The amfori BSCI is a company-driven initiative whose members are committed to improving working conditions in production factories and facilities around the world.  

The amfori BSCI Code of Conduct includes 11 core labour rights derived from international treaties. Member companies and their business partners are committed to uphold and continuously improve the realisation of these rights in their supply chains. Stockmann actively communicates the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct to its suppliers and producers and cooperates with them to improve working conditions across the supply chain.
