Change in the composition of Stockmann’s shareholders’ Nomination Board

Stockmann has been informed that Ville Haussila, North Wall Capital LLP’s representative in Stockmann’s shareholders’ Nomination Board will be replaced by Fabian Chrobog.

The new composition of the Nomination Board as of 9 December 2021:

Stefan Björkman, CEO, Föreningen Konstsamfundet r.f.
Fabian Chrobog, Chief Investment Officer, North Wall Capital LLP
Timo Sallinen, Senior Vice-President, Investments, Listed equities, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company
Dag Wallgren, CEO, The Society of Swedish Literature in Finland

In addition, Chairman of the Board Roland Neuwald will join the Nomination Board as an expert member.
