The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today, 18 May 2021, approved the Finnish language version of the prospectus prepared in relation to Stockmann Oyj Abp’s share issue

The Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has today, 18 May 2021, approved the Finnish language version of the prospectus prepared in relation to Stockmann Oyj Abp’s (“Stockmann” or the “Company”) share issue (the “Share Issue”). The Finnish language prospectus will be available as of 18 May 2021, at the latest, at the website of the Company at www.lindex-group.com/fi/konversiot-2021 and at the registered office of the Company at Aleksanterinkatu 52B, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. In addition, the Finnish language prospectus will be available on or about 18 May 2021 at Evli Bank Plc’s (“Evli“) branch offices as well as on the website of Evli at www.evli.com/stockmann.
The English language prospectus will be available on or about 18 May 2021 at the website of the Company at www.lindex-group.com/en/conversions-2021 and on the website of Evli at www.evli.com/stockmann-en.
The terms and conditions of the Share Issue, included in the prospectus, have been published today as a separate stock exchange release.
Evli acts as the lead arranger and Roschier, Attorneys Ltd as the legal adviser in the Share Issue.
