Stockmann’s financial reports and releases in 2012

Stockmann will publish its financial statements bulletin for 2011 on 9 February 2012. The company’s financial statements, the report by the Board of Directors and an electronic version of the Annual Report 2011 will be published in the week starting on 6 February 2012. The printed Annual Report will be available in the week starting on 5 March 2012.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 15 March 2012. A stock exchange release on the decisions will be published after the meeting.

The interim reports will be released in 2012 as follows:
– January – March: 27 April 2012
– January – June: 10 August 2012
– January – September: 31 October 2012

The financial statements bulletin and interim reports will be published at approximately 8:00 am EET on the days mentioned above. The releases are available in English, Finnish and Swedish.
