identity code 2279939-4) aggregate ownership of voting rights in Stockmann
plc has increased above 10 per cent in connection with a purchase of
shares on 19 January 2010. HTT Holding Oy Ab is a company controlled by
Hartwall Capital Oy (Business identity code 0711984-8).
