STOCKMANN PLC: SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH OPTION RIGHTS

A total of 343 902 B-shares have been subscribed with
the Stockmann Plc´s Loyal Customer share options
and a total of 30 850 B-shares have been subscribed with
the Stockmann Plc´s 2000 A,B and C option rights.
The shares will be traded on the Helsinki Stock Exchange
as old shares as of 30 June 2005.
